豆腐花Mob Psycho 100 has been my favorite since 2017. I like their action packed scene, psychics and the art style of it’s show, which make me had to make an oc.
Meet Dilton, an esper, who’s descendant of a human and a sea beast. His appearance is a human because I really don’t wanna make it different. He has a power controlling the water floating like waterbender known as Hydrokinesis. These are varieties such as water bubble, aqua ring, etc. He also has another power called Cyrokinesis, a kinesis which control the temperature into ice or steam and back to liquid state.
The animated scene shows him using Aqua ring and Water Bubble with goldfish inside. His hair and the liquid power will glow itself.
