#249-The Diving Pokemon-Lugia

I have been doing a lot of Pokemon, and to celebrate the lugia I caught in crystal, I decided I'd draw on out! Also made a shiny version, as with the magic of Arbitrary code execution, I was able to turn my lugia shiny! Gen 1-2 glitches are awesome. Whoever at gamefreak decided to keep them in on the virtual console releases should get a promotion.
