For this year I want to do a fanart of a show/manga/game for each month, so for the first month I drew the protagonist of the first manga I ever read, and still to this day hold dear in my heart.

This is Negi from Negima! in his lightning-style Magia Erebea form (lacking the electrical effects that come off of him). I shaded it similar to the Volume 24 cover since I wanted to hold the style true to the manga. I also improved the quality of the lineart in Manga Studio now that I know how to manipulate the vector lines to fix the curves, connect lines, and adjust their overall width. TBH my art style in the early days was heavily influenced by this manga~
