Edit: It has come to my knowledge that 6.5 Fedorov cartridges actually used German silver (an alloy of nickel, copper, and zinc) jackets on their bullets. Not the copper or gliding metal jacket shown on my render.

The Avtomat Fedorova (Автомат Фёдорова, or Автоматическая Винтовка Фёдорова) was an early battle rifle designed by Vladimir Grigoryevich Fyodorov of Russia. It was meant to bridge the gap between rifles and light machine guns by giving automatic firepower to soldiers without being as heavy as a machine gun.
Though it isn't one by definition, many people like to consider this gun spiritually one of the first issued assault rifles.

As many people know, the Avtomat Fedorova was ultimately chambered in the Japanese 6.5x50mmSR (or 6.5 Arisaka) cartridge, but it was originally meant to fire an indigenous cartridge-the 6.5 Fedorov.
It should be noted that while the 6.5 Fedorov's designation is 6.5x57 Fedorov, it is in no way related to the 6.5x57mm Mauser cartridge.

The 6.5 Fedorov cartridge is of rimless design, and features a berdan style primer. It fires a 6.6 mm diameter projectile out of a 57.18 mm long case.

I came across the dimensions and some old line drawings of this cartridge and I just had to make a model. This was drawn up and rendered in SolidWorks.
