linismSo I was drawing Rey from Star Wars as a regular Jedi, at the same time I was reading up a lot of threads about Wuxia/Kungfu movies on Reddit. I guess they merged in my subconscious, and I ended up with Shaolin Rey.
Wielding her signature staff and Qi-infused sword (which has that string thingamajig so she can throw the sword and pull it back like some pseudo-Force-Saber-Throw).
BTW, I sure hope they bring back her staff in Episode VIII, staves are so cool. Or even cooler, make her combine her staff and her lightsaber and give her a Laser-naginata!
