トップエージェントピジジJrTunnel Worker, one of the units in stage 4. They are forced to get dirty to make a living. However, with the sky-high taxes (thanks to payment required for the 'protection' offered by the ZPCI), their life are getting even harder. Eventually, they have had enough and revolted against the mayor after Phil's body is dropped by Felicity during a regular meeting.
Their suit is designed with anti-corrosive substances to provide protection against the nasty gases and substances inside the sewers. Their mining helmet provides constant light for long hours, provides the same intensity even under the darkest conditions and can be easily maintained in the field. Their gloves are made of kelvar for protection against corrosive substances. Their boots are made of kevlar to withstand foreign materials and corrosive substances. They also carry life-support equipment for emergencies.
Note: The Navy boots is obtained from the first game and is unavailable in the second game.
