She is the creation and little sister of the 3rd generation robot masters. I was thinking, since the Mega Man 1 robot masters have a sister, why not the Mega Man 2 and 3 robot masters, plus in the other series (5,9 even though there is Splash Woman, and 10). She has all the combination and agility from all 8 robots, but mostly has her powers inherited from Hard Man, meaning she has super strength which is twice as strong.
