This is Kisarah Westfield from Aggressors of Dark Kombat and Neo Geo Battle Coliseum, drawn in a rather bad chibi. I only used her Neo Geo Battle Coliseum sprite as a reference for this, which I think was a mistake. Her arms are terrible! I look forward to coloring this, though, and, if nothing else, got the drawing to look tidy.
