again the big difference on this typing is the wings, being half membrane and half feathered it allows them much better control for manuvering in the skies. as well as the membrane on their wings stretch all the way down to their flanks creating these very large membrane cups that this type uses to manipulate the clouds themselves
this type is allowed the creation and manipulation of lightning. being able to shoot and redirect lightning and even move and control storm clouds. at higher levels these types can even create their own lightning storms.
however being that in touch with electricity does have its draw backs, their bodies contain a constant charge, as such it can be hard to make any kind of physical contact with these ones as 9 times out of 10 you get a small static shock.
the lightning type is quite useful in battle even more so when paired with a water type, while it takes a bit of skill to generate enough electricity to kill something even lower level static can do well in paralyzing an enemy. at higher levels however these types are deadly flying storms able to take out dozens of enemies in a single fly by.
