This picture is pretty self explanatory: Lance gives Yellow a thank you kiss. In my mind this occurs somewhere between FRLG and HGSS Chapters. I imagine somehow that Yellow must have reunited and helped Silver at some point before HGSS, and by extension Lance was aided as well. Now Yellow is older and no longer disguising herself as a boy - probably because she cannot pull it off quite as effectively now she's a well-known member of the Dexholders - it allows Lance to respect her as a trainer and not as the pest who foiled his plans before.
