A South Side Chicago native and High School Freshman, Milton is a hardcore Anime and Manga Otaku.
His favorite cartoon is PEEPO CHOO, which he watches religiously.
He dreams of going to Japan and gets a chance to do just that when he wins a raffle contest at his local comic book shop.
Milton studies Japanese by watching episodes of PEEPO CHOO and is an expert at the "PEEPO DANCE".
Though forced to hide his true Otaku nature while in the hood, he's certain that he'll fit right in with the nationals once he reaches Tokyo.
