I have been planning on doing this scene for some time now, since I always love a good scare.
Creating this image took a long time
Setting up the scene (props, character, poses): 6 hours
Redoing materials in Octane: 2 hours
Getting lighting right: 2 hours
Finetuning: 3 hours
Rendering: 9 hours with PMC @ 3600 S/p
Postwork: 5 min
When I ran this picture through Postwork I looked at the result with auto-tone, but find that the dark setting suits this scene better.
