SeleneMy interpretation of Monsoon in human form before he was mortally wounded and had to be cyberized. Anyway, I’ve seen some pictures of him underneath his mask and I think when I draw him post cyberization I’m not going to draw him as a damned snail like everyone says he is but instead go more with something similar to what Batou looks like from Ghost in the Shell.
I think next time I’m going to draw him with a sexy fedora to go with his nice gangster suit.
