Haunted

Anime: Prince of Tennis
Characters: Fuji and Kirihara

This is actually a gift I made for a friend on LJ.

I had a hell of a time trying to get an idea where I wanted the hands. I think I actually made Fuji's hair to long. >_< ; I also think maybe I made Kiri look to Uke! >_<

I colored this in with watercolor pencils and prismacolor markers. Then I scanned the picture in and digitally coloured the background and one of the wings which I smuged to give it a transparent look. I gave Fuji one wing and dressed him in black because I thought that something was missing. I didn't want to draw the detailed angel wings so I made a slightly different version of the wings. (These shapes I use mostly for demons but I left them white with just a hint of color.)

The feathers I drew seperately and scanned them into photoshop where I picked out certain ones, of different colors and sizes and paste them into the picture to give a little depth.
