Perhaps OZ hates Arthur because the Briton sent all the bad people to OZ's land, letting down the little boy who was eager to step out of isolation.
Perhaps OZ emphasizes Arthur because the British Empire finally witnessed the sunset when his last colony came back to where it should belong.
Perhaps OZ still likes Arthur because it was that Briton guy first found him and pulled him out of solitude, teaching him how to spell HOPE.
Perhaps OZ still loves Arthur because he kept speaking English, eating fish&chips and celebrating the birthday of Queen.
