DrPuffinPhDI want to let everyone know that I will NOT be accepting any new requests for the rest of January. There are two reasons for this:
1. I have a big backlog of requests, and it isn't fair to accept new requests when so many of my followers have been waiting for so many weeks for me to fulfill old requests. So, I need to prioritize what's already in the queue before adding to the list.
2. I need some time to think about where all of this is going. Don't get me wrong, I am still loving my AI art adventure, and even moreso now that I have 'discovered' IllustriousXL and all the things it handles better than my previous checkpoints did. I feel like I have turned a corner, and that more things are possible for me than before. But I started posting on Pixiv back in August with absolutely no plan and no idea that by January I would have over 2,500 followers. It's been a wonderful journey and I want it to continue, but in order for it to continue I need to figure some things out.
Not gonna lie, I have been giving serious thought to starting a Patreon page. But that's a big step -- and a big commitment to the people who might pledge real money to support me. I will have to think about what I can offer potential patrons, and what that might mean for my posts on Pixiv and on Civitai. I will also have to find a better workflow, one that can handle my own projects as well as requests in a consistent and timely manner.
You, my followers, have been wonderful -- wonderfully encouraging and wonderfully patient -- and I want to repay your support with quality content that you enjoy. Feel free to leave a comment below or message me privately if you have thoughts or suggestions! At the end of the day, this is something I need to figure out for myself, but your input would be very helpful and much appreciated!
