Nelson Class 1943 DNC Interim

Based on Friedman's description this 1943 July variant was the interim aka short term proposed AA battery modernization suite for the Nelson class by DNC (Director of Naval Construction). The description states the installment of 4 twin 4" guns on each side in place of the 6" twin turrets, the description is not clear about the Pom-Pom armament for this proposal so I chose a 9 mounting layout and an Oerlikon armament of 2 twin and 27 single mounts. Other changes include the installment of the Mark IVGB or Mark VI HACS (I chose Mark IV for this variant) but with Type 285 radars, two in place of the 6" directors on top of the bridge and two more in place of the Pom-Poms next to the tripod mainmast thus relocating them. AS it is not clear I put the 2nd pair of Mark IV HACS close to the funnel.
