AnDDThe title field needs a larger character limit
Title: Hard times create the goodest boys
"I will not fail, not this time."
Rules of the contest were to design an OC and then design a post apocalyptic version. Emphasis on design.
I went with a sci-fi nuclear war mutation for the doggo. I swear I'm not a furry. It's not a particularly interesting character design because I haven't studied on that yet (forget shape design and what not, I can't even draw the goddamned shapes lmao). This to me was mainly an excuse to practice drawing in any capacity under a deadline so I'm not expecting this to win.
It's grey, black and white because I'm sparing you all from my coloring. I didn't want to deal with creating a background so I've left the perspective lines in to help the viewer (and myself).
There's still more stuff to learn, shadows, form, proportions, etc.
