Once a legendary underground street racer, Hikaru Miyamoto (宮本 光), AKA MC. Neon Rider became a voice for the marginalized youth and the victim of Party Of Words (言の葉党). He is the leader of High Voltage Syndicate (ハイボルテージ・シンジケート) AKA HVS, representing Odaiba Division.
However, his defiance of societal rules, hatred towards Party Of Words and high-profile street racing escapades put him on the wanted list, making him a target of Jyuto Iruma from MAD TRIGGER CREW
Hikaru now channels his defiance and hatred into rap battles to fight for freedom and individuality in Division Rap Battle
Hikaru’s Hypnosis Mic is a fusion of a mic and motorcycle brake. His speakers resemble dual sport motorcycle exhaust pipes with neon accents that pulse to the beat, casting vibrant trails of light.
