MountainLuckYou set out for a week long backpaing trip through the Rockies. The first night, there was a bizarre lightning storm an incredibly stunning display of the Northern Lights. It seemed so out of place to see that in Colorado on the night of Summer Solstice.
The next morning, things were different. The scenery had changed, you were still in the mountains, but the landmarks and topography were different. The trees and plants looked similar, but looking closer you noticed details that made them different than anything you have seen before.
It's been a week now, it feels like you have been wandering in vain. It's only early afternoon, but you found a nice looking spot near a stream and set up camp. You light a campfire and sit there and stare at it. The crackling of the fire and the sound of the stream in the distance push back slightly against the oppressive silence. As you sit in front of the fire, you start talking to it, really to yourself.
"Hello?"
You startle as you hear a voice. It was odd, it carried the emotion of being shy and hesitant but it was a strong voice that projected. You turned towards the source, your brain locks up trying comprehend what you are looking at.
Looking up you see the gorgeous face of a red headed girl. She has large, dazzling emerald eyes and her face is beautiful. Looking at her face, you would guess she's about 17. She's smiling, but also blushing. Her head is perched atop a torso, that also has a radiant youth to match her face, but is very well developed. A modern looking white sports bra struggles to contain an enormous bust, but the rest of her torso looks very athletic, she has toned, tight tummy. Below her navel things get strange.
Her upper "human" torso is fused with the body of a gold scaled dinosaur, no a golden dragon. She's a taur! She's like a mini Trex or a giant Velociraptor, except the from arms? legs? are much larger and longer. It looks she could easily run on all 4 four or walk on just her larger rear legs using her massive tail as a counter balance. Just above the elbows of her "human arms" her skin transitions to gold covering her forearms and her powerful looking hands with clawed fingertips. With you just gaping at her in stunned silence, she starts to look more embarrassed, shuffling nervously on her massive hind legs.
"Are you okay, you look tired and hungry?" You nod your head slowly. "My name is Aurum, why don't come along with me to my place. I'll make dinner and you can get cleaned up and rest."
Her expressions are those of a shy and hopeful young woman who seems to have no idea how incredibly powerful and dangerous she is. Finally you stammer, "Yeah, thank you, that would be nice."
Her expression brightens into a dazzling smile. "Great! Climb onto my back!" She lays down on her dragon belly and beacons you with her hand. Giddily she says, "It will be so nice to have company! It's been decades, no centur..., ah a long time since I have had a chance to talk with a guy!"💖💖💖
