His name is Ichimura Kohaku. A manga/manhwa character called In The Clear Moonlit Dusk by Mika Yamamori.

I'm trying my best to take a good picture of it, but yeah .. bad lightning

Also, i still figuring out how to do an aegyosal with watercolor, so i thinki would try another practice later!
