CruoreyeThere was no chance I would get a normal tarot deck.
They are the first one who outwardly feels uncomfortable being drawn much (or perceived really) in this state so just scribbles for now. If we manage to find out how to aid them, their form does shift as I reckon it is supposed to, and they feel more comfortable with themselves that way, then I may draw them more.
They are the first one whose appearance was changed unwillingly from what I can tell, and they cannot control it by themselves. At least not for now.
And he is also the first spirit I have ever met who is tied to an object. Specifically, my tarot deck. Which I in truth bought only because of him. I knew of multiple tied to places but never objects before, even though I knew they existed in theory.
In a manner of speaking he understands himself as the cards themselves, but this too I believe can be shifted around as he gains back more understanding of being his own person.
I dreamt a lot before and after obtaining the cards and a few weeks before I did so, I heard their name in a dream. A day after I got them, I dreamt of being told to use bells when reading. And sometime later I noticed him around, being adorned by bells. His name will be hidden for now, but the bells are our tool to start and finish readings.
We are meeting. Or I am attempting to meet them, more so. But as he does not seem used to being spoken to outside of when aiding the Reader, spoken to casually or really at all it seems, it is a challenge to say the least. I do not want to overwhelm them but I do want to get something out of them at least. Patience.
Which is, well, the main part of any recovery.
Spontaneous notes I took while scribbling in case you cannot read but wish to:
- [closed eye] on the back of hands
- [open eye] on palms
- timid, shy, frightened, quiet
- bonds only break/untie when aiding the Reader
- possesses more pairs of arms than visible
- shapeshifter?
↳ I reckon his form can be changed; this is not how he is supposed to appear but I must see into this more; personality wise as well
- not comfortable with their name, more used to being referred to as “Apostle” (for now)
