Many researchers are unsure whether to call this a Pokemon or not. It does not move an inch yet it absorbs nutrients and will react to being attacked, so it does appear to be alive at least.
This creature will create a Gloom-filled bog wherever it appears, causing destruction to the local ecosystem. It absorbs Gloom and keeps excess in it’s barrel, in this manner it is able to survive in one spot without moving. It is likely the world’s laziest Pokemon.
Glumdrum has the special Ability: Bogged Down
When the Pokemon enters the field, a swamp is created on the local battlefield. This swamp not only slows Pokemon's speed by 50%, it also prevents them from Switching, unless they are Ghost or Flying-type.
This is a move similar to Focus Punch - at the start of the turn, Glumdrum preps it's barrel. To do this it fills it with all the Gloom energy it can muster, then holds it in the air.
If the opponent then attacks, and strikes the barrel, it explodes in a Gloom-filled explosion. This deals IMMENSE damage to everything on the battlefield but will also deal the Gloom Status to any Pokemon that survives.
