Yumi and Hiroki used to train on average 5 times a week for 2 hours during the evening in goju-ryu or shotokan karate in order to deepen their training in fighting techniques, application/mastery of katas, development of flexibility as well as the discipline and spirituality of the Far Eastern philosophy.
