Polish electric locomotive built in 1951 by Swedish ASEA. After World War II, PKP began electrifying lines throughout Poland, but as a result of the war, most of their electric locomotives were destroyed, and electric multiple units took the lead. In 1951, the Polish government placed orders for 8 E150 machines from the Swedish concern ASEA, and in the same year they entered service with PKP. Initially, they ran trains on the line from Warsaw to Skierniewice. Until the 1970s, locomotives were used to train commuter trains. In 1971-74 the locomotives were withdrawn. Only two locomotives have survived to this day, one of which runs retro trains organized by the open-air museum in Chabówka.
