Illya has been working side-by-side with Hikurai's father and ever since he has been gone, she taken care of her ever since. Hikurai been working day in and out just to catch-up to be on Illya's same level of expertise to not only keep her father's legacy alive, but also find clues on the whereabouts those succubi.

One evening, Illya noticed how tired Hiku's been lately. Despite fussing over it, she brings her over to a bench to rest a while, allowing her worries to fade away.

Been quite a while since Illya came around 🙏 Realizing in post that the heart in the background have different implications, so everyone will have varying interpretations 🙃
