GMindGlitch from the criminally underrated game Metal Arms: Glitch in the System. I had this game for the Gamecube; I remember playing it when I was like 4. Being too naive to know how to get further than the first level, this voice line is forever stuck in my mind: "Glitch! Try finding a weapon to cut those wires!" It's a shame the creators didn't get the green light to make their sequel.
