DrPuffinPhDToday, I reached 500 followers on Pixiv -- which, to be honest, is about 500 more followers than I ever seriously expected to have. I haven't been posting on Pixiv for very long, but all my interactions with you have been positive and encouraging. Thank you for your support! It gives me even more incentive to get better at AI art and to post good quality images for you to enjoy.
To mark the occasion of reaching 500 followers, I thought it was time to formally introduce you to my avatar, my gamer foxgirl OC. Say 'hello' to Morgan. She prefers to go by her gamertag, FloofyLady -- or, better yet, just Floof, because FloofyLady sounds more cringe than it did when she was 15. You've seen her a few times already -- in posts, and in my profile banners here on Pixiv and on Civitai. She's a gamer girl through and through, with a tablet full of mobile games, a massive Steam library, and various Nintendo consoles. Some of her favourite games are Stardew Valley (she always romances Abigail), Minecraft (she thinks wolf armor is the single greatest addition to the game EVER, and hopes ocelots/cats get their own armor soon), and Girls Frontline: Neural Cloud (she has a huge crush on Persicaria). Her all-time favourite is Azur Lane -- she's head over heels in love with all the nine-tailed foxgirls in that game (and who can blame her?) and likes to pretend that Jintsuu is the sister she never had.
You always see her happy and smiling, but she actually suffered badly from social anxiety when she was younger. Through online gaming forums, she met some kindred spirits from around the world, who became good friends and gave her confidence and support. As wonderful as her online friends are, though, Morgan's best friend always has been and always will be her mother (who you've met once before: illust/123115737).
I chose Morgan as my avatar because she's based on the skin I've been using in Minecraft for years (although I recently downloaded a Prinz Eugen skin, which I sometimes use in Skyblock). She's been in my head and on physical paper for a long time, and when I started experimenting with AI art she was the first original character I created images of. I wish I could be as cute and floofy in real life as she is!
