Paint dot net of the Lyrical Nanoha iteration of Utau Hoshina as Evilitic Charm, and she's one of the main characters in the anime and manga series, Shugo Chara! Utau Character Transform's into Evilitic Charm with both Il and El Guardian Characters combined after Utau got a new present from her mother during her birthday and got a new device called the Evility Phone, then in order to transform into Evilitic Charm, she immediately use it to character transform into Evilitic Charm. Utau Evilitic Charm is also arguely the second strongest Character Transformation in Shugo Chara! besides Amu in her Amulet Infinity.
In this form, all of Utau's statistics are increased from combined Lunatic Charm and Seraphic Charm, but he is still completely outclassed by Amu in her Amulet Infinity form. In addition, every stats are all up to 11 and capable of teleporting in a blink of an eye making her a strongest magical girl appears in. This form retains many of Seraphic Charm's abilities, such as flying with the Perfect Wings (パーフェクトウイング, Pāfekuto Uingu) on her back and using the wing extending from the Evility Phone as a blade to perform energy slashes.. A enhanced versions of Angel Cradle and Nightmare Lorelei, which are more powerful than her regular forms' attacks, and she can use Dark Jewel's Shining Black and Glitter Particle attack with much larger punch. Evilitic Charm can also manifest an energy copy of Dark Jewel to assist her in battle.
