All you need to know about Noor is that if you can keep up with her, she will be your best friend. Inversely, if you are unable to meet her standards (which can be pretty dang high), do not expect her to go gentle on you. In a school setting (she is wearing the standard Crescent Moon Academy outfit, a location at my friend's verse), she would either be on the student council, or take up a leadership position in a club.
