Auction house chaos?

A number of nameless characters, including some off-screen, are in an auction. However in a turn of events, a screen in the back has everyone who’s awake holding up their paddles, as though bidding on a thing they haven’t been shown yet. Will order be able to be restored in this auction house, is will there be chaos for longer yet.
