I'm absolutely sure fans of the ‘Devil May Cry’ universe are aware of the long-awaited release of the anime adaptation from Netflix. This event largely inspired me to create this comic cover, the concept of which I've been thinking about for a long time. Looking at the art closely you can see the temporal inconsistencies reflected in the design of the city, which, incidentally, are expected in the anime series. I also assume you've noticed Dante's not quite canonical appearance, which is used to be his composite look from not only novel and manga, but the entire game line and anime.
