SCN-3_<NULL>So last time I've done a Pagi outfit meme with Liana, @drakeraynier bugged me to done one more with sugarcollars outfit. Though I would do it with Liana again, but I feel another anthro latias might fill that bill better, so it's been a really long while since Drake did any art of Skyela, it's up to me to fill that quota while also doing another outfit meme owo, so here she is.
