For its part, the Government provided personnel to safeguard the interests mentioned above with the company of an officer or agent who, in addition to watching over his country and taking care of the mission, is a diver, preferably a tactical diver.
On this important dive, Emi Torres was sent discreetly, who is the ideal person for this and the perfect excuse to review his knowledge in the water, accompanying José as a form of training. A police officer very skilled in his field, committed to the mission.
