This piece right here shows that art-block can be a good thing sometimes. Just know that if you ever feel it, it might stress you out, it might make you feel useless in the moment, but just know that an absolute masterpiece is waiting for you in the aether for when you make your spectacular break-out! Don't worry, it's perfectly natural to be there. They don't call it a cycle for nothing.
I absolutely adore the overall softness of this lass. I had to go back to her pants several times to hopefully get them right, because smart pants don't really give off a soft look with all their straight lines and seams. I hope the ones Chloé's wearing don't look too much like sweatpants with her jacket covering up her waistline.
I'm also really proud of the angling of her right hand. It was a really awkward pose to draw the linework for, and it never really looked correct until the shadows came in.
I also decided to go for an ever-so-slightly different eye shape by shortening her eyelashes near the centre of her face, as well as raising them up a bit and thinning out the shape on the outside. And I decided to draw hearts in her eyes instead of the usual circle shape for the shine since it matched her reference image, and she looks way cuter because of them!
