She's being annoying to Blitzo at IMP HQ, so He decided to try and trick her into "booking" a stay at a famous "love hotel in hell" Aka Hazbin Hotel.
Charlie though is more annoyed at his method of getting this sinner here more than anything, cause yea if anyone is gonna go to the Hotel, it has to be Emberlynn, gal just wrote bad fanfiction and was a fanatic, not hell worthy tbh
