"a 16 year old girl named hikiko has a chance encounter with an alien named yuka. yuka has been playing a song in order to attract a mate, and its been stuck in hikikos head for a while. she takes yuka home and shows her what human culture is like!"

while the comic is romantic, hikiko and yukas relationship serves more as a tool for discussion and reflection for the other characters. the main theme is different perspectives, how people are different and thus want different things and have different views on things. this is shown visually with altering character designs and even art styles.

my goal is to make chapter 1, publish it online, and try to get funding for the rest of the project. then the entirety of the comic will be published online once completed. ideally id like to release a physical version of the comic as well, but at this point thats far from reality.
