Phanuel was one of the forefront fighters for the Uriel Kindred during the War in Heaven. Reflecting her lightning affinity, Phanuel is frank and straightforward, almost to the point of recklessness. When the War in Heaven ended, many of the angels went into a deep slumber, awaiting the day when they will be needed again, as well as who will be the lucky individual who will get the pact with her.
Phanuel is a powerful 5-star malakh summon. Although her abilities are lost to the annals of time, it is known that Phanuel uses a polearm in combat. Being of the Uriel Kindred, Phanuel's blessing greatly amplifies lightning or wind based abilities.
Trivia: "Phanuel" means "face of God".
