Tied up below deck with some ropes and a pair of sea prism stone handcuffs, the rubbery voyager is inhibited from using his devil fruit powers.
Luckily, Nami hid a bobby pin in her jeans that she can use to pick the lock to her nakama's cuffs. Once they retrieve the cat burglar's Clima-Tact and Luffy can stretch his legs, they'll be able to reunite with the rest of their faithful crewmates and set sail in no time.
