Jericho's Ball Bubble

Still trying to slowly transition from Jericho's Popplio form, but I wanna retain a small gimmicky trait that I haven't been using much with him.  Everybody knows about Jericho's Ghost Valve and Ghost Needle powers, but one thing I don't talk about much is his third ability: Ball Bubble, which is literally his beachball curse.
