After the end of The clone wars season 7, Ahsoka and commander Rex went into exile on the planet Kamino beyond the Outer Rim in order to avoid being hunted down by Imperial troops, but unable to remain forever as hermits on the planet where the Clonetroopers were conceived, Kaminoan scientists designed a device capable of allowing them to travel to other galaxies as well as through time. Ahsoka and Rex decided to use it to exile themselves to the Milky Way galaxy and the planet Earth, whose various civilizations and peoples caught their attention.
They arrived on Earth in July 2010 in France, Occitanie region in the department 82 Tarn-et-Garonne where they managed to quickly adapt to the Earth technology despite it being very inferior to that of their native galaxy but they were amazed to learn that in this galaxy they are the heroes of the animated series Star Wars : The clone wars and they were stunned to discover that everything in it accurately chronicles everything they experienced during the great battles of the first 3 seasons.
