Bill's blind half-brother whom lost his eyesight in a lab accident that happened several years ago during a top-secret project dubbed "the Honey Island project" which was being conducted in a facility located in the Honey Island swamp in Louisiana. the same accident that robbed him of his eyesight also killed his daughter Nina Leeds whom was also a scientist working on the honey island project. after the incident he returned to his old family home in the pine barrens of New Jersey where he made a deal with a demon known as the Jersey Devil to help him avenge his daughter's death. since that day Blake has held a massive grudge against the scientists responsible for the Honey Island project and has been using his Jersey Devil partner as his personal attack dog/seeing eye Cryptid. After the Jersey Devil turns on him and mauls poor Blake leaving him without his limbs and barely alive, he is found by none other than Doctor Uno who turns him into a cyborg powered by an Atlantean crystal and persuades him into joining the Black Dot.
