A crossover skin based on the MSAM-034 Space Jahannam from the anime franchise Gundam, specifically Gundam Reconguista in G (G-Reco).
The Doomblade takes the form of the Jahannam's Beam Axe, and the shoulder launcher is based on the Jahannam's missile pods.
A mass-produced Mobile Suit used by the Amerian Army (resident to North America), the Space Jahannam was an enduringly effective mobile suit that was not only easy to pilot, but possessed both effective mobility and armor.
I decided to base this Doom x Gundam crossover on the Space Jahannam not just because of its visual similarity to Doomguy, but also because of their shared (in-world) American origin and "generic" trooper design. Plus, the word "Jahannam" is the Islamic term for "Hell," which fits Doomguy nicely.
That and the iconic RX-78-2 already has a fanmade Doom skin:
