Why?
Because I like to think that August 14th is the day he became a Barian. While it falls outside of the astrological dates that align with the fixed star 'Phecda', Vector's Barian personality fits the traits aligned for those born on this day in Western astrology (I see it as a 'rebirth' of sorts). 14 is also the non-zero numbers in Vector's over-100 card (104). I also like that Leo, the star sign associated with this day is represented by the Sun, which is as firey as Barian Vector.
The true reason? I learned about Vector Day after drawing all of these orz.
(EDIT: I forgot to say but, this day was an idea from a buddy, but those are the reasons I used it ww)
(also, V is the 22nd letter of the alphabet, so this log has 22 works)
