helloooooo~! today I bring you something that hasn't been necessarily been done before: Chibi Neon Dion! i began working on this almost immediately after the last fan art, and it proved itself to be a fun challenge! super satisfied with the outcome, i feel like i truly captured the essence of Neon Dion with this hahahah <3 more OC art is in the works too by the way! :3
