This is a re-do of an old sketch I made years back depicting a character from the ending of Big Fat Utopia, a series done by poundforpoundcake
According to the comments section of the pic below, her name is Penny. Since she doesn't seem to have an official palette, I colored it as partially monochrome, mixing in select few colors with halftone shading.
