This is birthday fan art for Maizuru Yokato, a VTuber from Fukuoka, Japan.
The event was held in a department store and fans were able to decorate the venue, so I printed some out and put some up.
The stamp-like illustrations from earlier were turned into real stamps by the event organizers.
