Workflow refined, Vote again

After I rant about the Iray differnce between viewport and rendering, I am thinking about refine my workflow more.
I am trying to use my render result as the new texture, by unwarp the render result, and then applied to all the texture, this mean I almost redo the face diffusion, translucency, bump, normal map.
Now I am feeling the new Iray render result feels better.
What do you think?
