When I was trying to make an illustration for Hirota-sensei, he wasn't turning out as I wanted. I almost gave up and settled with this one. However, I wanted him to be a father-like character, and this one is more like a grandfather, eh eh.
So, this one was rejected. But looking at it again, he does look exactly like the current Hirota-sensei, only 20 years in the future. So, this is probably what Hirota-sensei will look like when Tarou and Sachiko are all grown up.

He may be a demon, but he really cares about his students. He only uses harsh discipline for their own good... or he is just a bit sadistic, who knows?
