Noriko and Asuka in school uniforms from my Orbian Academy continuity. Noriko wears a standard female uniform, while I can certainly see Asuka wearing the men's uniform to sell the bifauxnen image (there is another character in this verse with a similar look, so she is not the only one).
Not need to overthink this, just enjoy a couple of hot ladies in school uniforms.
Both characters belong to a friend.
